Returns and Exchanges
We will gladly accept exchanges or returns for any Olura products upon receiving the item within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact Customer Service at customerservice@olura.us to obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). To ensure a timely refund, please return the item immediately upon deciding the product is not right for you. Please follow the simple instructions below:
- To make it easy, place the item in its original condition and use the original packaging to ship your product.
- Clearly label the outside of the package (under the return address) with your RMA number obtained from an OLURA Customer Service representative.
Return Refunds
We will issue a full refund to the credit card used for the original purchase amount for any item that you return, if received within 30 days of the purchase date. It takes up to 10-14 business days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.
Please note that OLURA does not permit the return of or offer refunds for:
- Devices or Products purchased, new or used, from unauthorized distributors or through unauthorized distribution channels.
- Products or Devices purchased more than 30 days prior
- Products returned without a valid itemized receipt.
- Shipping charges
Products returned without an RA (Return Authorization) number will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the sender to provide valid tracking information if confirmation of return is disputed. OLURA does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen product being returned for a refund without an RA number.
Note: OLURA recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either ensure your package for safe return to OLURA or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) ensure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
