What is the Eno™ Ultrasonic Facial Device?

The Eno™ was designed to provide the same technology used in professional facials as a means for supercharging your home skincare regimen. The device has a patented dual head design that consists of an Exfoliator and an Infusion / Sculpting Disc. The device sits on a touchless recharging base.

The Eno™ is a clinical grade device, made to medical standards and engineered with the exact same settings found on professional devices. The Eno™ Exfoliator vibrates at 25,000 per second to gently lift away dead skin and debris without using anything abrasive. The Eno™ Disc vibrates at 350,000 per second to provide a unique form of product delivery and sculpting massage.

The Eno™ Exfoliator creates a mist while being used on wet skin and collects the dirt, oil and blackheads from your skin onto the handle so you can actually see the device working. The Eno™ Infusion Disc vibrates when turned on and makes the skin feel slightly warm during treatment. When paired with your custom Treatment Serum, the infusion head leaves your skin with that just-from-spa glow.

The heads are made from non-porous, stainless steel and are resistant to bacteria.

How is the Eno™ unique?

The Eno™ has a patented design and the unique multi-function capabilities of exfoliation, product infusion and sculpting massage. An Eno™ exfoliation is a gentle but effective means of clearing your skin that is great for all skin types. The exfoliation is performed without any abrasive materials or suction so it is great for even the most sensitive skin. The product infusion capabilities help to optimize the delivery of our custom skincare products to help reduce dryness, blemishes, and the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. The Disc is also use to target areas that are puffy or lack tone. When combined into a single facial the Eno™ transforms your daily skincare routine into a targeted beauty treatment.

How often do I need to use it?

We recommend that you use the Eno™ Exfoliator 2-3 times a week, but you can enjoy Eno™ Infusion / Sculpting Disc as often as you like, even twice a day!

How quickly will I see results?

When combined with the Olura products. most people will see and feel a difference after a single treatment (smoother skin, improvement in the appearance of skin texture, plumped out wrinkles, skin that is super-hydrated), but results are cumulative and an vary by individual.

How do I clean the Eno™?

Because the applicators are stainless steel, they do not hold bacteria the way a traditional facial brush does. Clean the Eno™ after each us by wiping it down with a a damp towel. You can utilize alcohol, or other disinfectants, on the device, making sure to thoroughly clean the device afterwards so no cleaner is left on the device. If left sitting on the device, cleaning solutions can negatively impact the protective O-rings around the scrubber blade as well as causing discoloration of the plastic housing. Do not submerge the device in water.

Can I hurt/damage my skin with the Eno™?

When used properly, the Eno™ is very safe for all skin types. Follow the directions closely being sure not to exfoliate more than 2-3 times per week. Always use the exfoliator with our Olura Essence, applying little to no pressure when pushing the exfoliator across the face. There is no need to “scrape” across the face - let the vibrations of the scrubber lift the dirt and debris from the skin.

Do the heads need to be replaced ?

No, the heads are permanently affixed to the device and never need to be replaced!

Will my skin peel or flake after exfoliation with the Eno™ Exfoliator?

Your skin shouldn’t peel or flake after using the Eno™ Exfoliator to exfoliate the skin. Areas of peeling skin or visible flaking are a sign of removing too many layers through exfoliation and the Eno™ is calibrated to only remove the dead skin cells and shouldn’t cause flaking on its own. However, combining the device with aggressive cleansers that strip the skin or other exfoliating products may lead to the dryness and dehydration that causes skin to peel and flake. If your skin starts to peel, review your cleanser to ensure it isn’t stripping your skin of the moisture it needs and ensure that you aren’t using additional exfoliating products or acids in conjunction with the Eno™. To get your skin back into balance, drink lots of water to reduce dehydration and utilize the combination of your Olura Essence, Treatment Serum and Moisturizing Lotion (applied with the Eno™ Infusion Disc) to moisturize the skin.

What are the benefits of the Eno™ over just using products alone?

The Eno™ was developed to work in synergy with the Olura products to improve their results and deliver a clinical grade facial at home. Exfoliating with the Eno™ is a key component to healthy skin as it can help to unclog pores, even skin tone, and fight acne all while removing impurities and preparing the skin for more effective product penetration. The Eno™ Infusion Disc will dramatically improve the application of your products while simultaneously targeting areas that are puffy or lack tone. The combined impact of the Eno™ with your specially formulated products will leave you skin with a fresh-from-the-spa glow!

What if I have sensitive skin?

There are a variety of causes for sensitive skin that range from skin that is too dry to medical conditions such as Eczema and Rosacea. While Olura products aren’t designed to treat any medical conditions we have developed our regimen to be especially suited to people who experience skin sensitivity with other products and treatments.

Exfoliating with the Eno™ is gentler on the skin than devices that use an abrasive substance, suction or bristles and is a great alternative to products that use chemicals or hard particles that scrub the skin.

All of our products are formulated CLEAN and free of the emulsifiers that can strip the lipid barrier and aggravate the skin. All OLURA products are designed for use on sensitive skin. You’ll find that we’ve substituted harsher ingredients with actives that are just as powerful but without the side effects, such as using Bakuchiol instead of retinols.

If you have any concerns about a reaction to the Olura products, or the Eno™ device, it is best to test them on small patch of skin before applying them to your face. If you have any specific concerns about the use of the Olura regimen on an existing skin condition, then it is best to consult your physician.

How does the Eno™ compare to cleansing brushes, like the Clarisonic?

There are a number of difference between the Eno™ and facial cleansing brushes.

  • The Eno™ is a multifunction device designed to deliver a complete home facial that offers cleansing / exfoliation plus product infusion and sculpting massage.
  • The Eno™ uses gentle ultrasonic vibrations to cleanse the skin instead of nylon bristles and can be easier on sensitive skin.
  • The Eno™ has no replaceable parts and can be wiped clean whereas the heads of cleansing brushes should be replaced every 30-60 days.
  • Cleansing brushes are designed to be used multiple times per day whereas the Eno™ exfoliation is meant to be used 2-3 times per week. The Eno™ Disc may be used every day to apply your products or address areas that are puffiness or need a lift.
  • Cleansing bushes have no product infusion or massage application and are only meant to cleanse the skin
  • The vibration function of the Eno™ can be better at removing blackheads than a cleansing brush.

Is the Eno™ painful?

No, using the Eno™ to exfoliate, sculpt, and/or infuse products is very comfortable and relaxing. The skin will warm slightly during the massage treatment, but should never be uncomfortable. The exfoliator end should be applied gently to the skin to allow the ultrasonic vibration to do the work and to avoid any discomfort caused by pressing the end of the scrubber too firmly into the skin.

Is there any downtime required after using the Eno™?

No, you can perform the complete treatment and then go out immediately. Any redness caused by an increase in circulation to the area should be minimal and dissipate within a few minutes.

Can I apply makeup immediately afterwards?

Yes! Apply your makeup and go on with your day as normal.

Can I use the Eno™ on my body?

Yes! The Eno™ is great for use on your hands, feet and body to address the same issues with skin tone or dryness that you would experience on your face.

How do I charge my Eno™?

Charge the Eno™ by placing it in the charging cradle. The LED light on the Infusion Disc power button will blink until it is fully charged, at which point it will glow steady. Please be aware that you must charge your Eno™ for 24 hours the first time. A single charge will last multiple treatments, but we recommend storing the device in the charging base.

Can I use the Eno™ with my existing skin care products?

Yes, but some products such as Retin-A, AHA, BHA, Benzoyl Peroxide can cause dryness or irritation. We strongly recommend to use Eno™ with the Olura skincare products as they are formulated with sub-micron sized particles work great with the device.

What do I do if I don’t see any results?

Can I use the Eno™ in the bathtub or shower?

No, do not expose the device directly to running water or spray and do no submerge the device at any time. Doing so will invalidate the warranty. Clean the device with a damp rag.

If I am allergic to metals, can I still use the device?

If you suspect you may be allergic to the metal on the Eno™ then consult your physician regarding exposure to stainless steel. Always test the device on a small patch of skin, such as your forearm, before applying it to your face.

Contraindications, when should I not use the device?

The ultrasound treatment is suitable for all skin types, but please do not use the device as follows.

  • If you are pregnant
  • If you have a pacemaker, high blood pressure, heart conditions.

We recommend consulting with your physician before using the device if you are currently being treated for any medical condition.

Are there locations where I should not use the device?

Please do not use the device directly over areas of skin irritations, infections, injury or wounds.

Can I send a Kit as a gift?

What if I have sensitive skin?

How do I use the products together?

Skincare products should always be applied starting with the least viscous (thinnest) and ending with the most viscous (heaviest). The Olura regimen starts with the application of the Refreshing Essence, which is sprayed directly on the skin to add a base layer of hydration. This is followed with the Custom Blended Serum to target your specific skin concerns. If you have the Eno, use it to infuse the serum into the skin, using small circular motions until the product is fully absorbed. The final step of the program is the application of your Custom Blended Lotion to add hydration and seal in the essence and serum. You can also utilize the Eno infusion disc to apply the Moisturizing Lotion for improved distribution of the product.

How many facials are in each kit?

Can a physician prescribe Olura Products?

While endorsed by many physicians, neither the Olura product line nor the Eno™ device requires a prescription.

Where are Olura products made?

How should I store my products?

Olura customized products perform best when stored dry, cool place with no direct sunlight. It is not necessary to keep them in the refrigerator(it certainly doesn’t hurt the products if you prefer to keep them in the refrigerator), and you can keep them on your bathroom countertop or vanity or medicine cabinet.

Do the products expire?

Olura customized products have a stable shel life, but we recommend not to use the products if you have them for more than two years.

Can I use Olura's Custom Blended Products with other products in my regimen?

We formulated your Olura cutomized products to address your skincare needs. We would love for you to try our products to see the results first, but we can definitely help you with your personal regimen using your favorite products and our Olura customized products! I am using prescription mediations for my skin concerns. Can I still use Olura customized products?

If you are currently using prescription medications for your skin(topical or oral), please contact our skincare experts at customerservice@olura.us .One of our skincare experts will help you with your right formulations and also your personal regimen.

Does Olura test on animals?

Never! Olura customized products are 100% cruelty-free and not tested on animals. We test on estheticians, dermatologists, plastic surgeons and scientists!

Do any of Olura customized product contain any animal-derived ingredients?

No! Olura customized products are vegan.

Can I use Olura customized products while I am pregnant?

Our Olura customized products are safe to use while you are pregnant, but we always recommend contacting your physicians first. If you need any information about our ingredients, please contact our skincare experts at customerservice@olura.us .

What is included in our Expert Support?

The pruchase of an Eno device or an Eno Custom Kit comes with a 15-minute consultation where our experts will help you build a skincare regimen based on your exact needs. Subscribers to our replinishment program get a check-in every 60 days to track progress, make adjustments to their regimen, and discuss any chnages them may need in formulation.

All customers have access to an expert via Email. Skincare can be confusing so let us know if you have questions by sending a message to expert@olura.us.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Contact customerservice@olura.us. Please note - orders submitted on our website process and ship very quickly; regrettably, we cannot cancel or modify orders that are in process. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

You should expect the package for delivery by UPS in approximately 5-7 business days, unless you have requested an expedited method of shipment.

How do I Return a Product?

How can I change or cancel my Membership?

You may cancel your Membership online at any time by emailing customerservice@olura.us and following the instructions in our response or by logging into your account. Any order(s) identified as “processing” or “shipped”, however, cannot be cancelled. You will be responsible for all charges (including any applicable taxes and other charges) incurred with respect to any order identified as "processing" or "shipped" prior to the cancellation of your subscription.

What can I do if I forgot or want to reset my password?

What is the Membership Program?

Our Membership program conveniently replenishes your Olura products, so you never run out of them. The program works by delivering your a customized facial kit every-other-month.

How do I join the Membership Program?

You can join the program by clicking the "Get Started" link at the top of the page.

What happens when I join the Membership Program?

After you join, you will receive an email confirming your Membership. This email will include a link to access your account where you can manage your future orders and other account information.

Your first payment pays to ship the Eno™ custom facial kit. Then every-other-month you will receive a Customized facial kits that contains:

120ml Refreshing Essence

40ml Moisturizing Lotion + 7ml Moisture Enhancer

13ml Treatment Serum with two 7ml Boosters of your choice (14ml boosters + 13ml base = 27ml when combined)

You will be aito-charged $79.00 every-other-month on the provided payment method.. Product kits will ship automatically and billing will occur on the same day each month. Prior to each order, we will send you an email reminder. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your auto-delivery order, such as: if your product is discontinued, if you cancel your subscription, or confirmation when an order places successfully.

How do I make changes to shipments?

Once you've joined, the program is easy to manage. You can change your default credit card, billing and shipping address, modify or cancel a subscription by visiting 'Auto Delivery' located in Oluras 'My Account' section. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.

  • To change your next order date, please visit the 'My Next Order' tab under 'Auto Delivery' and click the "Change" link near the next order date and select the new date for your order. This will change the order date for the entire order.
  • If an order contains multiple items but you would only like to change the order date of a single item, please visit the 'My Subscriptions' tab and identify the individual item you would like to modify. Please click the next order date for the individual item and select your desired next order date from the pop-up calendar.
  • To skip an order, please visit the 'My Next Order' tab under 'Auto Delivery' and click the "Skip" link near the next order date to skip the entire order.
  • To modify the delivery frequency for an auto delivery subscription item, please visit the 'My Subscriptions' tab. On this tab, the current delivery frequency is displayed next to each auto Delivery item in a drop down menu. To change the delivery frequency for an individual subscription item, simply click the arrow of the frequency drop down next to the auto delivery item you would like to modify, and select your next desired frequency from the pull down menu.
  • To cancel a subscription item, simply visit the 'My Account' section on Olura.us. You'll be prompted to confirm this action and indicate your reason for cancelling. You will also receive an email notification confirming your cancellation.

How do I make changes to my account information?

To review or modify your Auto Delivery account information, visit the 'My Account' section on our site. You can change your shipping address, billing address, or payment information for an individual order or at the subscription item level, which is the default and will affect all future orders.

  • To make updates to account information please select either the 'My Next Order' tab or the ‘My Subscriptions’ tab. Respective account information is included under the 'Account Information for this Order' section on the ‘My Next Order’ tab and under the ‘More Changes’ link on the ‘My Subscriptions’ tab.
  • To change your shipping address, please click the ‘Change’ link in the Shipping Address column. Select a previous shipping address from the dropdown menu or create a new one to add to your account. This address will apply to all subscriptions and future orders unless otherwise noted.
  • To change your payment or billing information, please visit the ‘Payment Settings’ section under ‘My Account’ on the Olura website.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.
