Safflower oil is an ultra-hydrator with a comedogenic rating of 0 – meaning it will not clog pores and its thin consistency makes it perfect for those with oily skin. Safflower oil has a high concentration of linoleic acid, which is full of natural vitamins and omega-6 fatty acids that are known to balance skin's natural oils to keep skin clean and clear.

Chamomile

Niacinamide (B3)
